CypherKeep is a small, independent project. Email is the fastest way to reach us — we read and reply to every message, usually within 24–48 hours.

Before you write

If you've lost your master password — unfortunately, there is no recovery. This is by design: nobody (including us) can decrypt your vault without it. Please keep your master password written down somewhere safe.

Common topics

Installation & updates — CypherKeep is distributed exclusively through the Mac App Store. Updates are delivered automatically by the App Store.

Refunds — Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com within 14 days of purchase.

Bug reports & security issues — Please include your macOS version, CypherKeep version (Settings → About), and steps to reproduce. For security-related issues, please use the email above — do not post publicly until we've had a chance to respond.

Feature requests — Always welcome. We read everything, though we can't promise every request will make it into the app.
